This is repository of AMOR Group's Robot Operating System (ROS) packages. Currently, we have Aria package which downloads and recompiles MobileRobots Inc. ARIA 2.7.2. library. ROSARIA depends on Aria and uses ARIA library to connect to MobileRobots Inc. Pioneer mobile robots. This was tested with a Pioneer P3-DX. We observed that Player's p2os driver introduces a cycle or two delay when sending velocity commands. See the following discussion. We didn't observe such a delay with ARIA, and that's the motivation for creating these packages. Autonomous Mobile Robotics Group (AMOR Group), is a part of the Department of Control and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. It currently consists of four Postdocs and two PhD students directed by prof. Ivan Petrović. We have recently received two patches for ROSARIA.
