The latest altPreso has been tested on Firefox1.5, Firefox2, Mozilla1.7.8, WinIE6, Opera8, Opera9. - need help to write a unit test suite, or a better way to test the code.
AltBox section- factor out common styles (especially decoration within current-slide) in skins.
- consider to group them into a separate CSS file, and import it via @import.
- enrich the class attribute value vocabulary for basic authoring needs.
- complete testing on class vocab CSS styling (especially center,left,right). For example, will <ul class="left"> layout display correctly?
- consider to enhance "load javscript on onload event" strategy. See "The window.onload Problem - Solved!".
Wiki writing section- define the simplified S5 format. Why.
- complete reference for altbox skin designers.
- review on RelatedWork, consider to incorporate existing efforts.
Presentation writing section- altPreso introduction
- write your first presentation in XHTML.
- include a blank template
- inclue a more complete slide example (explore and demonstrate simple ways to position information in slide using plain CSS and XHTML)
