Using struts 2, you can upload a form on your web site using ajax - that means no page refresh! The upload is processed in the background.

It also contains a progress monitor widget that gives you a graphical representation of the upload progress and extra information about the size of the file, how much is upload, the upload speed, and estimated time to complete the upload.
