Currently supports a small set of the MediaWiki syntax:

bold, italics, heading1 - 3,
horizontal line,
internal wiki links
external links
multi-level bulletlists
single level numbered lists

New features added with build20080520

added pattern for images: [www.example.com/image.gif] becomes (also works for extensions: jpg, jpeg and png)
Application menu bar allowing access to functions:

exit AirWiki
copy HTML to clipboard
copy Wiki syntax to clipboard
