Getting Started

• You'll need a WIM key from http://dev.aol.com/aim
• Download the latest versions of aimapi-core.js and swfsocket.swf. You can optionally download scriptiframe.js to provide an alternative to long polling with script nodes for users of your application without Flash installed. You'll also need http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/ if you intend to use swfsocket.swf
• Upload these resources to your server, specify the path to swfsocket.swf and get coding.
