Launch Adium in tabbed mode 2. Set it to 'afloat' 3. Open a new tab or close an existing tab in the messenger window 4. Click on another application What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Adium falls to the background like a normal application. I am able to re-afloat it however with no apparent confusion in afloat (it is aware it is a normal app and re-floats it). I expect the application to retain the afloat status despite changes in tabbed windows What version of the product are you using? I am unable to reproduce this behavior on my machine. Please try checking the permissions on the SIMBL directory; also, try removing and then reinstalling Afloat and PlugSuit using the Afloat 2 Installer application. Also, please copy and paste any console messages (in Applications > Utilities > Console) that seem related to this. The PlugSuit application should have picked up the plug-in automatically. I am unable to reproduce this behavior on my machine.
