This is an addon for for the StreamedMP skin for MediaPortal to change the default StreamedMP basic home to the Aeon horizontal bar menu. The editor was built originally off the back of the FusionMP project by Vergo, the thread for which can get found HERE

Support is the Infoservice plugin that provides Weather, RSS Feed and Twitter support, though Infoservice is not required it is recomended. Infoservice V0.99.3 or greater that can be found HERE

To enable the full picture weather backgrounds you will need to replace the 128x128 directory found in

...\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Weather

with those Vergo collected, they can be found in Downloads section.Once installed clear the skin cache directory.

Installation

There are two archives that need to be downloaded initially;

AeonModSupportFiles.zip

This contains the new menu and weather graphics files and xml files, this should installed first. The myweather.xml included in the archive uses full screen weather backgrounds instead of the traditional icons. To use this versionj of myweather.xml you also need to download the new 128x128 files as mentioned above.

Streamed_MP_AeonMod_Editor-V1.1.xx.x.zip

This is the actual editor and may also contain additional graphics and other files that are required over and above those supplied in the AeonModSupportFiles.zip archive, please look at the README included for details of how/when to install these additional files.

The editor does not need to be installed in any specific location as long as it is on the same system that MediaPortal is running on.

The editor will automaticlly pick up the MP installation directory, read the configs and open the Basichome from the currently active skin. This will work for both MP 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 Alpha
