Well I've been working with Adobe's Flash Builder 4.5 Burrito and it's Flex SDK 4.5! It's come to my attention/belief that there is no Action Script AS3 solution for Mobile Advertisements. Since it's obvious to me at least that there's little point in developing any Mobile Application without using Flash since it will soon port to both (any others deemed worthy and obviously for web too) for the most part. It's an extremely high priority to make this or any large reliable Mobile Ad Platform available for the 10s of 1000s of application that will be hitting theAappStores as we speak (or I'm guessing Burrito will be out of Beta by Spring or Summer 2011). Anyway I've taken a beginning run at conversion. Since there the first version of the FlashBuilder? Burrito is focused on Android (likely as punishment of a sorts = karma) and not iPhone. I looked to your Android being Java and found a Java to AS3 conversion program called J2AS3 (also an AIR App). After monkeying around with Tortoise and these (new to me) HG concepts I created and added the converted files in the Clone gottagetmedat-android-j2as3 http://code.google.com/r/gottagetmedat-android-j2as3/source/browse
SO anyway I hope this helps to bring awareness and gets some interest. I'll get around to looking closer at it if I must, but I have priorities as I look to further to see what the community is going to do about this major critical problem. Thanks for Listening.
You are right, its a headache the ausence of AS3 libraries for adversiting.. Ill test your experiment and I wrote later
