What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new ComboBox
2. Add several items into the model
3. Resize a browser window to minimal height
4. Click on the ComboBox button
5. Press the arrow down button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The drop down list is scrolled down and nothing else happen.
But the browser content is scrolled  down as well.
