a simple plugin that could be used to show records that are set with their hotness level and be shown on the homepage of the application. The hotness level could be set and has expiration date of the hot_records.

use cases

when a website application does not have that much traffic yet and a site administrator want to show records( eg topics , subjects , categories ) the visitor of the website might be interested with. This site administrator just simply set this interesting records as hot when does this records expire..
