  issue 16 (Signup) reported by ilozka   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.load the main page What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect a signup link where I can sign up but I see no such link on the main page. If I enter users/new in the URL, I receive "Missing layout layouts/public.erb" error. http://activebudget.org/ has a working signup page, why this version is missing it? What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
