kde4用了好久了，感觉很爽，但是自带的天气部件实在是有够差劲，比起在gnome下面用到的那个真是没有法子比，连中国的天气信息都没有，更不要说实时更新当地数据了。所以想要做一个部件出来。希望在2010年前能够完成开发并正常使用，之后再进行维护。初步设想使用获取html页面+html解析来进行。希望可以给用户提供一些更加细致的配置。
