amoxiflash is a libusb-based program to use the Infectus 1/2 chip to program NAND flash chips. It has been tested on OS X and Linux.
It is still highly experimental and only supports a few Wii chips; it will eventually be enhanced to support most commonly available NAND Flash chips.
