首先我要说SystemInformation是一款非常强大的工具，用以WinCE平台设备建立一个触发外部程序和系统管理的图形化界面，特别是为那些WinCE平台的GPS设备。然而，它还是不够强大到该含所有功能如缺少与GPS相关的功能，无法带参数启动外部程序。这也是我启动该项目的初衷。
不过，最初我因为微软开发套件的巨大身材陷入困境，好在后来我找到了Lazarus和SDL的组合，这使得我能在较轻量级的开发平台上开始我的工作。这里我需要感谢这些项目人员的贡献。作为回报，我也决定让我的项目成为开源的一部分。
