Download Module | | The iWay Universal Adapter Suite for Google OneBox for Enterprise enables universal connectivity to any application, legacy system, content repository, LDAP registry or database that an organization has. It extends the OneBox concept by using dynamic metadata driven integration adapters enabling hundreds or thousands of OneBox modules to be created that leverage existing IT assets. The Adapter Suite is based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) deployement model that provides abstraction of the interface from the underlying system and shields users for future changes in the operational systems (e.g. systems migrations, systems upgrades, new mergers/acquisitions etc). The Adapter Suite also supports composite adapters allowing a single OneBox interface against multiple application systems. e.g customers from multiple CRM systems or employees from multiple HRMS systems, or combinations from multiple systems for instance customers from a CRM system with sales orders from a financial ERP system and open trouble tickets from a helpdesk system. | |
