LabPixies, an Israeli company specializing in the personalized web, creates quality interactive gadgets. Why gadgets? Beyond the easy distribution and high traffic, LabPixies has found that gadgets are extremely valuable to the bottom line. When Babylon Translation Services came to LabPixies for an easy translation gadget,* they quickly realized high click-through and conversion rates.
LabPixies began their business working with the Google Gadgets API, as it was the easiest and clearest API available. While the company has expanded to support additional platforms, Google API traffic still makes up a large portion of their business, notes Ben-Yair.
