- If you indicate to users that you are providing phishing or malware protection, then you also agree that before any user begins using the service and when displaying each warning about a particular site, you will provide attribution and conspicuous notice that the reliability and accuracy of the service cannot be guaranteed, using language similar to that found at http://code.google.com/apis/safebrowsing/developers_guide_v2.html#UserWarnings.
- If your API Client also shows warnings about sites that do not appear on the list provided by Google, you may not include the Google attribution in those warnings.
- You may not treat a URL from Google's list as a suspected phishing or malware site, such as by showing users a warning about the site or blocking access to it, unless your application has received from Google updated information (via the applicable API method) within the past thirty minutes.
