Values are:

• AdSense - Referral type is AdSense
• AdWords - Referral type is AdWords
• Firefox - Referral type is Firefox
• Pack - Referral type is Pack
• GoogleApps - Referral type is Google Apps
• Checkout - Referral type is Checkout
