PublisherApprovalStatus new in v3
Collects together both the approval status and the client id allowing for
bulk return information.

Indicates the approval status of the given clientId.
Values are:
- Pending_Email_Verification - Publisher has not yet verified his/her email address.
- Pending_Approval - Publisher has verified email but the account has not been approved as
yet.
- Approved - Publisher's account has been approved.
- Disabled - Publisher's account has been disabled due to violation of the
Terms and Conditions.
